Position Details: Mobile Application Developer (Flutter + Native Mobile)

What You Will Do:
Cross-Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS platforms.
Native Mobile Integration: Integrate Flutter applications with native Android and iOS capabilities using Android SDK, iOS SDK, Kotlin, and Java.
Feature Development: Develop new features, enhancements, and reusable components while ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, SDKs, authentication systems, and backend services into mobile applications.
Platform-Specific Development: Implement platform-specific features and native modules using Kotlin/Java for Android and iOS SDK capabilities where required.
Backend & Automation Support: Use Python for backend integration, scripting, automation, or supporting application services as required.
UI/UX Development: Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces following modern mobile UI/UX principles and platform guidelines.
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Testing & Debugging: Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and testing across Android and iOS devices and operating system versions.
Release Management: Support application build, deployment, and release processes for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
What You Will Bring:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development with strong expertise in Flutter.
Flutter Expertise: Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter widgets, state management, navigation, animations, and responsive UI development.
Native Android Knowledge: Good understanding of Android SDK, Kotlin, Java, Android application lifecycle, and native Android components.
Native iOS Knowledge: Good understanding of iOS SDK, iOS application lifecycle, platform-specific development, and native integration.
Platform Integration: Experience integrating Flutter applications with native Android and iOS functionality using platform channels or native modules.
API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party SDKs.
Python Exposure: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for backend integration, scripting, automation, or supporting application development.
Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, or other mobile application design patterns.
Performance & Debugging: Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Communication: Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
Experience building and publishing production-grade Flutter applications for both Android and iOS.
Strong experience developing custom native plugins or platform-specific features using Kotlin, Java, and native iOS SDKs.
Experience with Flutter state management frameworks such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
Knowledge of Firebase services including Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Authentication.
Experience with mobile CI/CD and release automation using Fastlane or similar tools.
Understanding of mobile security, secure storage, authentication, and data protection best practices.
Experience working with Python-based backend services or automation frameworks.
Exposure to cloud services, microservices, or AI/ML integrations is an added advantage.
